Project Governance Structure
ASEAN ENMAPS is overseen by the Project Steering Committee (PSC), which provides high-level project oversight. The PSC conducts annual risk assessments and makes decisions on necessary management actions or remedial measures. It reviews project performance through monitoring, evaluation, and reporting, taking corrective action as needed to ensure the project achieves its goals. Additionally, the PSC approves strategic decisions made by the implementing partner or executing agency.
The ACB is the Executing Agency for the ASEAN ENMAPS Project. It handles project planning, coordination, management, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting. Additionally, the ACB manages financial aspects, ensuring expenditures align with project budgets, and oversees risk management, addressing any new risks that arise during implementation.
