Grievance Redress Mechanism

The ASEAN ENMAPS Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) ensures that concerns and complaints related to the project are addressed transparently, fairly, and promptly. It provides stakeholders—including local communities, women, youth, and indigenous peoples—a platform to voice their concerns about project implementation, ensuring their rights and interests are respected while fostering trust and accountability.

If you have any concerns or feedback, we encourage you to share them through our GRM. Your voice matters in shaping an inclusive and sustainable future for marine conservation.
